Coil winding machine is a device used to create that are used in various relay electronic applications. These machines are typically used in the manufacturing of relay.In electrical engineering, coil winding is the manufacture of electromagnetic coils. Coils are used as components of circuits, and to provide the magnetic field of motors, transformers, and generators, and in the manufacture of loudspeakers and microphones.
There are a few basic types of tattoo machines: coil, rotary, and pneumatic. The magnetic coil machine is a classic machine which uses an alternating electromagnetic current to pass through coils and turn magnets on and off in rapid succession.Irrespective of the type of winding machine, two mechanisms essentially are involved in the transferring of yarn from one package onto the desired one. These are: rotational movement to the package onto which the yarn is wound. guiding of the yarn on the package being rotated.The working principle of the relay is that when a certain input quantity (such as voltage, current, temperature, speed, pressure, etc.) reaches a predetermined value, it will work, change the working state of the control circuit, and achieve a given control or protection purpose.4 If a relay coil is connected from positive to the output pin of the IC then the relay contacts change their position from normally open (NO) to normally close (NC) then the light will glow.
