It is refined Copper in which 0.02-0.05% Oxygen remains when electrolytic Copper is melted, also known as "Tough-Pitch Copper" (TPC).Oxygen-free copper is available in the following three grades: C10100 (OFE): 99.99% pure copper with 0.0005% oxygen content. C10200 (OF): 99.95% pure copper with 0.001% oxygen content. C11000 (ETP): 99.9% pure copper with 0.02% to 0.04% oxygen content.
C1100 Pure Copper is universal for electrical applications and has a minimum conductivity rating of 100% IACS and is required to be 99.9% pure. C1100 Pure Copper also has 0.02% to 0.04% oxygen content (typical). Most of the C1100 material sold today will meet or exceed the 101% IACS specification.
