He has around 20 years of experience in the field of heat treatment.Before starting this venture, he had gained valuable experience in different reputed companies like Bevel Gears India - Bangalore, Dev Fasteners- Chennai, L.G.Balakrishnan & Bros Ltd -Coimbatore. He had handled various areas in heat treatment like facilities design, commissioning, maintenance, process design & optimization. He has worked very closely with leading UK consultant as well as visited Heat Treatment facilities in US for technology absorption.
