PSA Nitrogen Generator
A PSA unit consists of two vessels filled with Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS). The cleaned compressed air enters one vessel from the bottom side and the Oxygen is tied to the CMS while the Nitrogen is allowed to pass through to the N2 process buffer. This adsorption step lasts approximately 60 seconds.
