ARC 630 IJ -IGBT Industrial duty

We, a team of Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical Engineers after serving in the welding industry for a combined experience of nearly a decade, felt there was a dire need for ‘service’ in welding field, which fuelled us to start this company in the year 1992 with a focus on ‘ SERVICE’ . This accent led us to develop retrofit solutions to old welding machines. Our initial entry into manufacturing was development of 1200 amps Sub-Merged Arc welding machine totally to suit Indian conditions, where the power is sluggish, working environment is harsh and demand on maximizing production was enormous. We successfully designed, developed and commissioned the first machine in a LPG Cylinder manufacturing factory in the year 1993. This obviously led us to good number of such machines in the LPG Cylinder manufacturing industry in total South India and few parts of Western India. Subsequently, out product range covered almost the full range of welding machines from Welding Transformers, DC Rectifiers, MIG/TIG Rectifiers, Sub-Merged Arc Welding Rectifiers of all capacities.
