With length measurement error of leass than 1.2 um, ZEISS PRISMO is ideal when maximum demands on precision have to be met. The machine is supported with a rotory table for blades and gear measurements and rotationally symetric parts effectively. GLOBAL from Hexagon GLOBAL (ARTICULATED PROBE HEAD) The Global Status 7107 from HEXAGON METROLOGY comes standard with a touch-trigger probe, advanced software . The best solution for high tolerance parts and more sophisticated measurement task. With the combination of fixed and articulated probe heads on our CMM's flexibility is assured for measurement of complex and precise parts. The CMM'S are equipped with latest software to cater to dimensional, form & positional measurement requirements, capable to measure 1D, 2D, 3D curves both known & unknown, measurement of gears of any form like spur, helical & bevel, both known & unknown gears can be measured to IS, DIN, ANSI standards.
