Generally these kind of construction shall be built as ground plus first floor or Ground floor. It requires normal brick Foundation work. The outer walls shall be PUFF insulated panels and inner wall shall be Gypsum Board with suitable frame work. The building shall be provided with Gypsum board concealed type false ceiling and both wall and ceiling shall be finished with putty work and emulsion paint. Electrical shall be concealed wiring with modular switches. Vetrified flooring with UPVC windows including necessary MS Tubular grills. Doors are teakwood framed and factory made panel doors. A building of approx 5000 sqft area can be completed in 3 months time. If it is to be built on terrace, no additional foundation is required.
