It provides a rapid and easy means for the Sectioning of natural tissue from 2 to 20 moicrons in step of 2 microns without disortion for high quality microscopic examination. Sections have high resolution of cytological details required for pathological diagnosis, histochemistry, fluorescenr, biochemistry, microscopic etc.
Technique is simple and easy to learn. To withstand condensation inside the chamber, in built Rotary Microtome is made of entirely rustproof material fitted with anti roll device to avoid curling of sections. plastic plate is adjustable in al directions.
Cryostt temperature ranges upto -30°C as selected by Solid State Temperature Controller Cum Digital Indicator and is maintained within ±2° C of set temperature and maintained by hermetically sealed compressor system.
