Oxford English Academy

Mrs. C. Anuradha, the founder of Ox-Ford English Academy, began her career as a pre-primary teacher. Throughout her experience in education, she observed that school and college curricula tend to focus more on subject knowledge than on practical life skills, which can create difficulties for students during job interviews. Recognizing this gap, she was inspired to create a solution to address the deficiencies in education. Thus, she established Ox-Ford English Academy. Initially, her focus was on teaching students spoken English, Hindi, and phonetics. Later, she expanded her vision to include training teachers in Montessori education, with the mission of developing dedicated teachers for society. Over the course of 12 years (from 2012 to 2024), she has successfully trained over 5,000 teachers.
