Solid Jaggery Making Plant

Jaggery, a traditional sweetener, is made by concentrating sugarcane juice through a process involving juice extraction, filtration, boiling, and cooling. The process typically involves crushing sugarcane, filtering the juice, and boiling it in open pans to evaporate water and concentrate the sugars. During boiling, clarifying agents like okra or chemical bleaching agents are added to remove impurities and maintain color. The concentrated juice is then cooled and molded into jaggery blocks.
