This is a silicone grease that can be used at temperatures higher than those of normal silicone greases Extreme High Temperature Bearing Grease Black is a thickened silicone oil that is used for lubricating plastics, rubber, and anti-friction bearings. It is recommended for oven conveyor bearings, governor linkage for steam turbines, wheel bearings for oven carts, ball and socket connections for power insulators. It provides good shear stability, wide service temperature range, inertness, and resistance to corrosion, moisture, and oxidation.
