As the business has grown with an expanding global customer base, the Company has steadily invested in creating additional capacities at multiple locations. MV Designs And Fasteners has been constituted in August 2012 as a proprietorship concern by Mr. R. Kumaraswamy to carry on the Trading of Industrial Items. Any manufacturing unit requiring items such as Fasteners, Cable Trays etc. for carrying on a manufacturing activity, may place an order with MV Designs And Fasteners, based on which the Unit arranges for sourcing, storing & supplying of the items as a package to the Customer. The Promoter would be carrying on the trading activity in his own building which is recently constructed. The premise is located at No. 693/186/16, Kanika Nagar, Kachanaykana Halli, Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bangalore-99, India. The constructed are of the building is 1200 sq.ft. and the construction is about 14 feet in height, consisting of a godown for stocking goods and an office room for carrying on administration related activities. Our Promoters Mr. R. Kumaraswamy, came out as a Diploma Holder in Electronics, in year 1998, from TG Gopalshetty Polytechnic College, Adoni. From year 1998 upto year 2012, he has served M/s. APW President Systems Ltd. in Attibele Industrial Area, Anekal taluk. He has held various positions in the purchase section of the Company, the last held capacity being Asst.Manager (Purchases). Backed by an experience of one and a half decades, the promoter has set up his own unit MV Designs And Fasteners to source and supply the customer requirements. He would be supplying to the following customers, whose orders are with him already.
