Cold Drawn Seamless (CDS) Tubing is a cold-drawn 1018/1026 steel tube that offers uniform tolerances, enhanced machinability, and increased strength and tolerances compared to hot-rolled products.A hot finished seamless tube is a rougher look to it as compared to the sleeker and smoother CDS. Putting a tube through the cold drawn process increases its tolerances and strength, however, HFS does have its benefits.
