Ozone Resistance Testing
Levering on the soundness of our in-house facilities, we are engaged in providing services for testing Ozone Characteristics of Plastics. Basically, these tests are conducted in a chamber, which is used to assess the resistance of plastics to the environment where Ozone is present. These tests are executed in accordance with standards and norms of ASTM D1149, D1171, D3395 and ISO 1431. Apart from this, these tests are also carried out as per the procedure laid down by the customers. Therefore, the Automatic Ozone Environment Test Chamber is used to expose the plastic samples in the dynamic and static modes. Some of the primary competitive advantages of these tests are as follows:
Ozone ranges of 25, 50, 100, 150, 200 (PPHM) can be achieved
The machine is fully computer controlled and the results are generated automatically by the computer
A graph will be produced for the whole operation of the sample under certain ozone concentration
The exposed rubber sample is observed for cracks using surface analyzer and its resistance to ozone is determined
We have complete solutions for the rubber compounds to meet its resistance to ozone with cost effectiveness
