Our manufacturing process is followed as per IS and ISO standards, 9001-2000 VERSION and IEC-694 standards. We also have a dedicated testing facility. We follow the testing as per IS standards. For switches we follow IS: 6875-1985 & for solenoids IS:8935-1985 standards. Our reputation is determined by our products and the growing demand of our valued customers. We will manufacture our products only against purchase order because in coils each type can have sixteen different voltages. It starts from 12 VDC/VAC to 250 VDC/VAC. In switches it depends on contact. Wiping contact can start from 2NO+2NC to 20NO+20NC depending on our customer requirement. The performance of our switches are approved by ETDC [Electronics Test and Developing Centre], Jalahalli Cross, Bangalore AND KASSIA [KCQDR] Bangalore. For productions, we have our own tools, zigs, fixtures and will process raw material by using our trained technicians for processing of components. We also process the material by using job work like coil winding, moldings of plastic components, press components of brass and MS, machinating of MS rod & stainless steel rods.
