Jagdeep CNC Vertical Lathe / Turn-Mill Centre (VTM) Machines are generally used for Turning , Boring, PCD Drilling, PCD Tapping, Slotting, Milling, etc; of heavy and large diameter circular jobs with high accuracy and precision. Jagdeep CNC VTM machines are used for improved productivity. Designed and developed in-house for total quality control with high quality components.
Jagdeep Vertical Turn-mill Center (VTM) is generally VTL with Ram Type, Live Tool/Spindle. VTM table (C-Axis & Y-Axis) shall be provided with servo motor, so as to facilitate PCD Drilling/Tapping, Slotting, and Profile Cutting, offset boring on PCD, threading and other milling/cutting operations. This is versatile machine which can be used in various industries and operations on same machine so as to save loading/unloading, therefore improving overall Productivity.
