J.P. Deburring Brushes is well known for its deburring brushes (soft abrasives). We provide customized solution for deburring and surface preparation for various industries. We started our journey in the year 2012 progressing steadily and today JPD enlarges a leading role in Customized De-burring Solutions for various industries covering International Market. We make it a priority to work closely with our user customer, observe their process and understand their challenges so we can develop improved brush to solve their most difficult deburring and surface finishing problems. Our brushes are made of heat stabilized 612 nylon. The abrasive grits and nylon are co-extruded in to mono-filament. The result is a flexible homogenized structure that has by weight approximately 30% abrasive loading. The abrasive grits are exposed on all surface of the filament and functions much like a flexible file. Our brushes are available in following grades silicon carbide, aluminium oxide, ceramic and diamond.
