centralised lubrication system for machines

A centralized lubrication system is an automated system designed to deliver lubricant to multiple points on a machine or equipment from a central source. This type of system ensures that each lubrication point receives the correct amount of lubricant at the right time, improving the efficiency and lifespan of the machine. Here are some key components and features of centralized lubrication systems: Key Components Pump/Reservoir: The central unit that holds and distributes the lubricant. It can be manually or automatically operated. Controller: Manages the timing and amount of lubricant delivered to each point. Metering Devices: Regulate the flow of lubricant to ensure each point gets the correct amount. Distribution Lines: Tubes or pipes that transport lubricant from the pump to various lubrication points. Fittings and Connectors: Attach distribution lines to the lubrication points and ensure secure connections.
