The main capabilities are cold and warm forging, pressing, stamping and rollforming of metal, and powder metallurgy. With technical support from AMIS France, we have intimate and specialized expertise in the production of bevel gears, spur involute gears, and other special profile parts through forging. Through optimum use of skilled and dedicated manpower, we are able to produce near net shape components. Our in-house metallurgy and metrology labs ensure conformity and quality. IM Gears also has a warehousing facility in Europe at Zeebrugge, Belgium which will help in Just-in-time Delivery to all our customers in Europe.
