Curing Inks: After printing, the ink needs to be heat-cured to set it properly and ensure durability. Electric heaters provide consistent and controlled heat to achieve this.
Drying: For certain types of inks, such as plastisol, drying is necessary before the garment is ready for handling or shipping.Purpose: Flash dryers are used for "flashing" or partially curing the ink between colors in multi-color prints, ensuring that the colors don't mix or smudge.
Functionality: The dryer hovers over the printed area for a short period to cure the ink just enough to allow the next color to be applied.
Adjustability: Most flash dryers have adjustable temperature settings and height adjustments to accommodate different fabrics and inks.
