While sustainability is the key design principle adopted by the studio, Enviarch also focuses on the quality of spaces while minimizing the buildings impact to the environment and aims to enrich the spatial experience for its users.

Pot Of Gold Farmhouse Architectural Services4
This 2000 sqft farmhouse was built on the principle of a courtyard house to ensure ample light and ventilation in all spaces. Wide corridors were provided to cater to the brief of sufficient gathering spaces for friends and family.
The concept for the farmhouse located on a 4 acre property in Bagepalli, was to have maximum interaction with the outdoors minimizing the barriers between the inside and outside. Fixed furniture was provided in all spaces so as to address the issue of safety. The project also explored the use of different locally available materials for construction such as cuddapah sinks for walls apart from the locally procured conventional buildings materials such as bricks and stones.
