While sustainability is the key design principle adopted by the studio, Enviarch also focuses on the quality of spaces while minimizing the buildings impact to the environment and aims to enrich the spatial experience for its users.

Ib Farmhouse Architectural Designing
The project involves the design of a 4000 sft farmhouse located on a 7 acre piece of land situated near Hosur in the village of Sandanapalli. The house has been designed in two stages. The house is planned around a central courtyard with the living, dining and kitchen housed in one block and the bedrooms in the adjacent block. The aim of the project was to minimize the environmental impact of the built mass and for the house to blend with the surrounding landscape.
The second phase of the project includes the addition of a second bedroom and home theatre block along with a swimming pool that encloses the courtyard.
