Coconut Deshelling Machine
1.Supply erection and commissioning of semi automatic deshelling machine having the capacity of processing 250 nuts per hour. 2.It should be supplied with a suitable operating RPM and the gear box should be supplied with helical internals like worm and pinion to handle the varying load. 3.The cutting tool should be manufactured with HSS material and should have the option for easy removing and resharpening. 4.One set of cutting tool (only tip) should be supplied with the machine as spare. 5.The Power requirement will be 1 HP per machine and with a helical gear box and motor equal or above 1SI standard. 6.Safety guards for cutting area and shell cracking area should be supplied. 7.Material of construction will be Mild steel.
