B N Equipments is a manufacturer of spiral crimped fin tubes, integral low fin tubes, tubular tube inserts, heating coils, and finned type heat exchangers for heat transfers application like air coolers, thermic fluid air heaters, condensate air heaters, steam dryers textile radiator dryer heater, tea dryers radiators, rice mill heat exchangers, steam coil air pre heaters, heating coils, refrigeration condensers, air cooled steam condensers etc. Spiral crimped fin tubes are manufactured at B N Equipments on specially developed finning machine. Our machine is capable of finning tubes in lengths up to 6 meters (20 feet). We make finned tubes with base tubes of carbon steels, stainless steels, copper, aluminum and copper alloys like cupro-nickels, admiralty brass with copper fins, Aluminum fins, stainless steel fins and GI (galvanized iron) fins. The base tubes of our spiral wound crimped fin tubes range from 9.5 mm to 90 mm with fin heights ranging up to 115 mm. Currently we manufacture crimped fin tubes with 5 FPI to 10 FPI and Integral fin tubes are manufactured with 15.875mm and 19.05mm OD with 17FPI to 23 FPI with 1 to 2.2 mm fin height
