Ram Slide Is Made From Seasonal High Grade Casting Duly Ground For Friction Free Travel Through Slides, Ensuring Longer Life Of Die And Easy Operation.

Gears Are Of Steel Cast Of Fabricated. Gear Teeth Are Generated By Precision Hobbing Machine.
CRANK SHAFT :
The Crank Shaft Is Made Form EN-8D/EN9 Steel Round Bar. It Has Been Ground Finished On Bearing Surface. The Main Crank Shaft & Eccentric Bearings Are Covered, With High Quality Of Phosphor-Bronze Or Gun Metal Bushes And Lubrication Oil Grooves For Smooth Functioning.
CLUTCH :
The Clutch Is Made Form EN-8D/EN9 Steel Round Bar, The Rolling Key is Made From EN24 Material & With Proper Heat Treatment to Ensure Trouble Free Long Life & Give Continuous Stroke for Mass Production.
LOAD (FLY) WHEEL :
Properly Sized Flywheel Is Made Of High Grade Cast Iron, For Strong And Releasing Adequate Energy For The Pressing Operation, And Properly Balanced For Smooth Running.
MAIN AND PINION SHAFT :
Shaft Is Made Of Special Alloy Steel Machined To Close Accuracy And Fitted In Bronze Bushes For Smooth Working, Longer Life And Accuracy.
BED :
Bed Is Made Form High Grade Heavy Duty Cast Iron And Properly Seasoned. They Are Perfectly Aligned with Ram to Obtain High Accuracy and Precision Press Operation.
