Linear Air Showers
We offer air showers that are designed on the basis of external dimensions of the space available where the Air Shower is to be installed. This aids in the deciding the nominal internal floor area of the Air Shower and the number of personnel who can pass through the shower at a time. Further they are also custom designed to suit the appropriate conditions.

Alpha Linear Air Shower are self contained equipment designed to provide high velocity jets of HEPA filtered air through several nozzles located on the top and sides of the shower area.
The Air Shower is provided with two electrically interlocked doors, one for entry into the air shower and another for exit.
Air Shower is generally installed at the entrance to a clean room. All personnel entering the clean room shall pass through the Air Shower and stay inside the shower area for a pre-set duration.
The high velocity air jets remove dust particles settled on the protective clothing worn by the personnel and this helps in maintaining the desired conditions inside the clean room.
Depending upon the availability of space, the Air Shower can be of vertical or of horizontal construction.
